There Was a Splishin' and Splashin'..

Everyone grows up, it is just the way of life. Now, how well we PREPARE to grow up and be on our own is a very different situation. My parents have done so amazing in raising me, and being a example in my life of how things should work, and how to not only get jobs done, but to do it with reason and purpose. I can only hope that i pick up some of their good traits that they have maintained through their lives.

A good thing for teenagers to get into good habit of, is CLEANING! We all need to learn how to PROPERLY clean. I clean alot, but mainly my room because it always seems to get messed up in the process of homework, sports, or just pets. What i need to do is to help clean OUTSIDE my room. My goal this past week was to contribute to the cleaning of my household. I can honestly say, my goal was accomplished. I vacuumed, steamed the floors, washed dishes, cleaned the kitchen, ect. My goal for this week wasn't to learn how to do all of those simple tasks, but it was so that i can get into the HABIT of just helping around the house, and make those chores happen more often so that when i do get older i wont have to worry about maintaining a clean house because it will already be a asset in my life to keep the house clean.
